Natural light gives the living and dining space an inviting, relaxed character, with a clean contemporary design that keeps the atmosphere calm and uncluttered. A comfortable sofa creates an appealing corner for unwinding, while the dining table provides a welcoming setting for shared meals or leisurely breakfasts. Large windows bring daylight into the room and frame leafy greenery outside, adding a pleasant connection with the surroundings. Thoughtful artwork and understated decorative details complete the modern interior without overwhelming the space.

The coastal village of Kožino offers a quieter setting on the Adriatic, with opportunities for swimming and enjoying days beside the sea. Nearby Zadar brings a livelier contrast, from its atmospheric old town and waterfront promenade to the Sea Organ and Roman Forum. The surrounding coast also invites excursions to historic Nin, known for its old centre, sandy shores and distinctive salt-making tradition.
