An elegant and extremely central apartment on Via Roma, one of the city’s liveliest and busiest streets, just a stone’s throw from Prato della Valle and surrounded by bars and restaurants. You’ll find a comfortable living room/kitchen equipped with all the essentials, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The furniture is new and well-maintained.
Despite its central location, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet in this apartment because it faces an inner courtyard.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator!!
As soon as you enter, you’ll find a kitchenette with the essentials, a table for dining or as a workspace, and a small living area equipped with a sofa bed for one person, a SMART TV, and a Wi-Fi modem.
In the hallway, you’ll find a closet for your clothes and another one with the washing machine. At the end of the hallway is a small bathroom (without a bidet) with a shower, and next to it is a bedroom with a double bed.
The house is equipped with air conditioning!
Via Roma is home to supermarkets and all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes with outdoor seating. You’ll be spoiled for choice =)
We’ll arrange your self-check-in (in person upon request) and send you instructions on the day of your arrival. We’re always here to help during your stay!

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, in accordance with Italian law, a lease agreement must be drawn up and registered with the tax agency, and the guest must have an Italian tax ID number.

We would like to inform our guests that the owner is a private individual and therefore WE CANNOT ISSUE AN INVOICE. If necessary, we will provide you with a receipt.

After filling out the self-check-in form with your identification documents and paying the tourist tax—both of which are required for registration with the relevant authorities—guests will receive all the instructions needed to access the property.
