A terrace is your private outdoor area if you opt for this pleasant accommodation on Mallorca. The holiday apartment Jaume de Arta B is the ideal accommodation for a couple with or without children. Its attractive location in terms of infrastructure and its proximity to the beautiful east coast make it attractive in more ways than one.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The living room is very cosy, with a sofa and satellite TV for relaxing hours indoors. From here there is an open transition to the dining area, where you can sit very comfortably close to the kitchen, which in turn is seamlessly connected here. It is of course fully equipped and therefore ideal for self-catering on holiday. You are guaranteed a good night's sleep in the comfort of the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Two bathrooms offer maximum privacy in this holiday home on Mallorca, one of which is en suite to the double bedroom. We think: Jaume de Arta B offers everything you need for a self-sufficient, comfortable holiday and also offers clear advantages in terms of location.

The ground-floor holiday apartment Jaume de Arta B welcomes you in the middle of the idyllic town of Artà. Various shopping and dining options are within walking distance. Hiking trails and nearby great beaches and towns on the east coast of Mallorca provide plenty of variety.
