Calypso Luxury Villa forms part of Noema Luxury Villas, a collection of four newly built private villas in Kato Gouves, Crete. Created for guests who appreciate modern design, generous spaces and high-quality comforts, each villa offers privacy while sharing the exceptional standards of the Noema complex.

Calypso welcomes guests into a bright and spacious open-plan ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen connects effortlessly with the dining and living areas, creating an ideal space for spending time together. Contemporary furnishings, premium finishes and large openings give the interiors a distinctly airy and elegant feel. A separate shower room completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, two beautifully appointed master bedrooms provide the perfect balance of comfort and privacy. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in wardrobe, with carefully selected furnishings and plenty of natural light.

The outdoor space is designed for long, relaxed days under the Cretan sun. A private infinity pool provides a refreshing focal point, while the landscaped garden offers inviting spaces for lounging and outdoor dining. For some friendly competition, guests can also enjoy their own ping pong table.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart technology, private parking and an EV charger ensure that Villa Calypso provides a seamless and comfortable modern holiday experience.
