The sofa converts into an additional sleeping space and will only be prepared as a sofa bed if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it is set up for you.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
