SMALL GATHERINGS WITH PRIOR APPROVAL

Birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, and family get-togethers may be permitted with prior written approval through Vrbo messaging.

A $300 event fee applies to each approved gathering. Maximum attendance is 25 people total, including overnight guests. Overnight occupancy remains limited to 14 registered guests.

Gathering hours are 11:00 AM–10:00 PM and must fall within the reserved stay. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved. All non-overnight visitors must leave by 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, registered overnight guests may remain inside, but noise must not be heard outside the home.

Vehicles must park on one designated side of the drive-around driveway. The opposite side, entrances, exits, and turnaround must remain clear so vehicles can enter and leave freely. Open-invitation parties and unapproved visitors are not permitted.

ONE-NIGHT GATHERING STAYS

One-night weekend stays may be available for approved gatherings when the requested weekend remains open close to the event date. One-night stays cannot be reserved far in advance and require host approval through Vrbo.
