The Space:

Welcome to The Sinatra, a remodeled three-bedroom, two-bath mid-century home accommodating up to six guests near downtown Bentonville.



The single-level home features a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering and relaxing. The living room includes a gas fireplace and Smart TV, while a record player, board games, and distinctive historic touches add character to the space.



The bedrooms provide two king beds and one queen bed. A well-equipped kitchen offers the essentials for preparing meals, with bar seating in the kitchen and an additional dining area beside the main living room. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and a private washer and dryer.



The detached garage serves as a game room with Ping-Pong and foosball while also providing secure bicycle storage. Vehicle parking is not permitted inside the garage.



Outside, guests can enjoy the enclosed backyard, wooden deck, outdoor dining area, lounge seating, and gas grill.



Trail connections begin near the home, making The Sinatra a convenient base for biking, hiking, exploring downtown Bentonville, and visiting Northwest Arkansas attractions.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, enclosed backyard, wooden deck, gas grill, outdoor seating areas, and detached garage game room.



The garage includes Ping-Pong, foosball, and secure bicycle storage. It is not available for vehicle parking.



Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation. Outdoor parking is limited to two vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

The Sinatra is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in historic Bentonville. Park Spring Park and connecting trails are nearby, with access to the Slaughter Pen mountain-bike trail system approximately a 10-minute walk away.



Bentonville Square is approximately 0.8 miles from the home. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, The Momentary, 8th Street Market, restaurants, shops, and other downtown attractions are also nearby.



Getting Around:

Guests can walk or bike to nearby trails, parks, downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions. A vehicle is useful for exploring destinations throughout Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers, and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas area.



Outdoor parking is limited to two vehicles. The garage is reserved for the game room and secure bicycle storage and is not available for vehicle parking.



Other Things to Note:

The Sinatra accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



Pets and smoking are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



The home has a single-level interior, but steps are required at the entrance. One bathroom includes a step-in glass shower and connects directly to the primary bedroom.



The gas fireplace, record player, board games, Ping-Pong table, and foosball table are available for guest use.



The detached garage serves as the game room and secure bicycle-storage area. Vehicle parking is not permitted inside the garage.



The enclosed backyard includes a wooden deck, outdoor dining area, lounge seating, and gas grill. Please turn off the grill and its fuel shutoff valve completely after every use.
