The Space:

Welcome to Wander Bentonville, a comfortable two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home accommodating up to four guests within walking distance of the Bentonville Square.



The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed and one double bed. Comfortable living and sitting areas provide space to unwind, while the well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals at home convenient.



Additional comforts include Wi-Fi, television, central air conditioning, and a private washer and dryer.



Outside, guests can relax on the patio while their dogs enjoy the fully enclosed yard. The convenient downtown location makes this an inviting home base for exploring Bentonville’s restaurants, shops, museums, trails, and attractions.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the two-level home, patio, fully enclosed yard, kitchen, living areas, and private laundry.



Free on-site parking is limited to one vehicle.



Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Wander Bentonville is located near the heart of downtown Bentonville, within walking distance of the Bentonville Square, restaurants, shops, galleries, and community attractions.



Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Scott Family Amazeum, The Momentary, local trails, and other Northwest Arkansas destinations are also easily accessible from the property.



Getting Around:

Guests can walk or bike to many downtown Bentonville restaurants, shops, and attractions. A vehicle is useful for reaching Crystal Bridges, surrounding trail systems, Bella Vista, Rogers, and other Northwest Arkansas destinations.



Free on-site parking is limited to one vehicle. Garage parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

Wander Bentonville accommodates a maximum of four guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



Up to two dogs are welcome. 



The yard is fully enclosed, but guests remain responsible for supervising their dogs and cleaning up after them.



Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



This is a two-level home, and stairs are required to reach portions of the property.



Parking is limited to one vehicle.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests can enjoy the home independently. Our local Bentonville management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.
