• Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to check.

• Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

• A starter supply of essentials such as coffee, shampoo, soap and dishwashing liquid is provided at check-in. For longer stays, guests may replenish items as needed.

• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, provided guests follow the building’s rules and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

• Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, particularly during quiet hours.

• Please keep the apartment key and building access card safe throughout your stay. Lost or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.

• Please do not leave the balcony door open while the air conditioning is operating.

• Please note that we are a holiday home, not a hotel.



Fairmont Facilities: Guests have access to the residents’ swimming pool within Fairmont South Residences.



Gym access and access to Fairmont The Palm hotel beach are not included with the stay and require a separate membership or day pass. These facilities are managed and operated exclusively by the Hotel, and access is subject to their availability, terms and conditions.

Damages:

Before arrival, guests must choose one of the following damage-protection options:

* An AED 2,500 refundable security deposit, refunded after check-out following the property inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified; or

* Non-refundable Damage Insurance at AED 40 / €10 per night.

Guests will select and complete their preferred option through the secure online guest portal after booking. The selected option must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.



Utilities:

DEWA included up to AED 500 per 30 nights

District cooling included up to AED 500 per 30 nights

Any excess is charged to the guest.
