Park once and never get in your car again!
16 Saragossa Street is refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back porch for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.

There were 6 of us this trip but there was definitely plenty of room for more the bedrooms were nice sizes. Plenty of living space to spread out upstairs and down. Udpated kitchen was great Downstairs. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor deck at the fire pit table. Downstairs bathroom layout is a little wierd but it worked I would definitely reccomend adding a handheld shower head for the shower and maybe adding a shower option over the jacuzzi tub. Overall we loved the property and had a great time!

Fantastic location for enjoying historic St. Augustine with a large group. This home gave us room to spread out while we enjoyed our Christmas get away with friends and family.

You absolutely cannot beat the location - if you want to be near historic downtown and walkable to all that offers then this is your house! The listing and pictures are a bit misleading - its a duplex and the pictures shown are only of the first floor with the renovated 1st floor kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in the upstairs unit and that has not been updated at all. While the property management company was the best short term rental PM company I have ever experienced (very responsive and professional), I did communicate to them that they need a better house cleaner as the house was pretty dirty. I ended up going to Target and buying clorox wipes and a swiffer to clean the house. Overall, I would not stay here again but the iTrips host and the location were amazing!!
