AOTIAN Hotel and Casino

I arrived at midnight after booking 30 minutes prior on booking.com. I needed a hotel with a 24 hour reception and the staff were very helpful at this time of night. The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept well. I also liked the Australian power points. In the morning I had issues with my Grab app and couldn’t book transport to another part of the city. The staff tried to help me but the hotel owner kindly offered to drive me. This was very generous and I was very grateful! The rates are very reasonable and the quality of flooring and other fixtures was good. The shower water pressure was great and the bathroom very large and lovely.

There were minor things in the room which I think were due to the hotel being very new and not quite ready to open such as the tissue box was empty, the tv remote did not have batteries and there was no bottle water in the room. A bit of quality control could help. The hotel does not accept credit card payment and I relied on other travellers to pay as I did not have currency and could not get it late at night.
