Clean, tastefully decorated

If you don't have Internet on your phone, you cannot get in, check-in is only at 5 pm, emails that are harsh in tone and indicate no flexibility. The place was clean, but had been sprayed with such a strong perfume that I was sneezing, although I am not sensitive. The WIFI was unstable and when I wrote the administration I got no response, leaving me to search for a cafe to finish my work call. When I did get a response hours later, I was only told not to touch the router. There was no indication that anything would be done We had no duvets, only a thin blanket. I wrote on their app and WhatsApp with no response and the phone number did not work. Finally after multiple messages on WhatsApp demanding a response, I was told that duvets are only possible after 15th October. So we were cold the whole night and slept badly. The room next door turned on the ac, which had been placed on our balcony. It rattled loudly. Luckily the women next door were kind and shut it off. By the way, Booking.com was also of no help. No response to our message and the Italian number we called had no English speaker It makes me not want to use this platform anymore if I need to check that basic items like a blanket are provided and I rather deal with real people than apps.
