The washing machine unfortunately wasn’t working which for us was quite important. Fernando was very good and gave us additional towels and confirmed that it would be working in time for the next guests.

Communication with Fernando, the owner, prior to my arrival made check-in very smooth indeed. Mohamed was there to greet me as soon as I arrived at the apartment and showed me around and explained about the keys and pool key. The apartment was exactly as it was advertised on Booking.com. Everything I could ever need for the duration of my stay. The oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher was brand new! The location was absolutely perfect - literally straight off the beach! The view from the large balcony was stunning, overlooking the sea and pool and gardens. The pool was so quiet and relaxing and beach chairs and and umbrella were provided in the apartment for use around the pool and beach. Beach towels were also provided. The apartment is in the ideal location for restaurants, bars, beach, supermarkets and the centre of Nerja is only about a 15 minute steady walk. Fernando went out of his way to help me find an emergency dentist and taxi to take me back to the airport (at very short notice!). Thank you so much Fernando for an absolutely delightful and relaxing stay at your beautiful apartment. I would not wish to stay anywhere else if come back to Nerja!.

If there was anything that I didn't like it would have been the pillows on the bed as they were a little too hard for me but that is purely preference. If you can't find the plates and dishes (which I couldn't) they are underneath the cutlery drawer...doah!!
