This recently remodeled street-level studio apartment is just a few meters from the Stassi. The hosts were very accommodating. Unlike many apartments in this area, this one is street-level, and you can easily drop off your luggage. If you have a car, I recommend parking in the nearby underground Piazza C. Firraro rather than dealing with the confusing street parking rules around the apartment. The garage is a short walk from the apartment.
The wooden treads of the bedroom loft stairs were noisy enough to wake up my wife every time I woke up in the middle of the night. Not a deal-killer, and since the apartment is so new, I'm sure the owners will find a way to fix it.
