Enjoy a home away from home - with 3 bedrooms, polished floors and character features. Lounge/dining and kitchen have some views over the Tauranga Estuary and Welcome Bay Hills once you arrive you won't want to leave. Fully insulated and double glazed with a Heat Pump for winter heating & summer cooling. Sunny, private deck for outdoor entertaining or fenced grassed area for pets and children. Close to Tauranga Hospital, schools and Shopping Centres . Unlimited Fibre WiFi and a 55" Smart TV. Off street parking for 3 cars. Property situated on a busy road but is double glazed. . Has one bedroom self contained owners flat underneath with separate entrance the only shared area is parking. This can be rented for an extra fee if required. Central & StylishTauranga Home

We had just a lovely time staying at Christine's house. The house has all the mod cons needed and is lovely and bright. It made our move to NZ more smoothly. It is a great location nearby shops and a short walk to the beautiful Memorial park. We would 100% recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and had a good time in Tauranga; relaxing, walking, checking out the sights. The house was comfortable, beautiful decor, functional. A small outside space but nice. We were also permitted to bring our small do.
The biggest downside (which we were not aware of) is that 15th Avenue is a very busy road. So we had a lot of road noise. With all the windows and doors shut it is a bit better , however in summer we like to have some windows open. The aircon was great to use and helped with this. Great house, great location, but the busy road was somewhat a drawback for us. It may not bother other people.
