Wake up each morning with the Atlantic Ocean before you and enjoy a villa where the landscape becomes part of the experience. Located in the eastern area of Casas Bioclimáticas ITER, El Dispositivo has been designed for those looking to disconnect from the pace of everyday life and enjoy the tranquillity of Tenerife in a unique setting.

Its open architecture allows natural light and sea views to accompany every moment. The terrace, sheltered from the trade winds, invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax with a book or admire the island’s spectacular sunsets. On the western terrace, a small integrated pond adds a refreshing touch and creates an especially serene atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the silence and nature.

The sun terrace offers impressive views of the ocean and Mount Teide, making it the ideal place to end the day as the sky changes colour.

The villa accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. An ideal choice for couples, families or friends looking to enjoy a different kind of holiday, surrounded by design, comfort and nature.
