Welcome to L’Atelier, an elegant, high-end apartment located right in the heart of Concarneau city centre.

Set in the fully renovated former town hall, L’Atelier invites you to experience Concarneau to the fullest, combining charm, comfort and the gentle pace of coastal living.

Ideally located, the apartment allows you to enjoy shops, restaurants and the lively atmosphere of the city centre on foot, while also making it easy to reach the beach and enjoy the sea air and beautiful coastal scenery.

With its 65 m², L’Atelier offers generous living spaces and an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming. The apartment revolves around a spacious, bright living room opening onto a convivial kitchen, perfectly integrated by a beautiful glass partition, creating a true living space where it is a pleasure to spend time together.

The comfortable and peaceful bedroom provides the perfect setting for a restful stay. A large shower room with a walk-in shower adds an extra touch of comfort, while the separate toilet and laundry room make the apartment particularly practical.

The balcony pleasantly extends the living space and offers a small outdoor area right in the heart of the city, perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee or simply taking in the atmosphere of Concarneau.

Fully renovated to a high standard, L’Atelier features a lift, private parking and a bicycle storage area, ensuring a stay that is both comfortable and convenient.

The interior has been carefully designed by the owner, who chose to combine elegance, authenticity and personality. Objects and unique pieces collected during her travels give the apartment a warm, distinctive atmosphere full of character. Every detail has been carefully selected to create a lively and unique home, far from impersonal interiors.

From L’Atelier, you can easily set out to explore Concarneau, stroll through the streets of the city centre, enjoy the local shops and favourite addresses, walk to the beach or discover the landscapes and hidden gems of southern Finistère.

A privileged location, generous living spaces, carefully chosen décor and all the comforts you need make L’Atelier a true haven for a romantic getaway, a seaside holiday or a few days exploring Brittany.
