La Tea combines the tranquillity of a natural setting with a layout designed to make the most of a holiday with family or friends. Located next to the Club House and in a central position within the complex, it offers easy access to the different shared facilities while maintaining a relaxed and private atmosphere.

Built with volcanic stone and natural materials, the villa creates a warm and welcoming feeling from the moment you arrive. Its central courtyard, complete with an outdoor dining area, is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or long conversations in the shade while the gentle breeze accompanies the rhythm of the day.

The interiors are spacious and filled with natural light, with a seamless connection to the outdoor areas that allows you to make the most of Tenerife’s excellent climate throughout the year.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 4 bedrooms: two double bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has a private terrace, as well as two single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

An excellent choice for groups looking to combine comfort, space and a privileged location within Casas Bioclimáticas ITER.
