The Space:
After a day exploring the French Quarter, Garden District, or Magazine Street, come home to a comfortable, relaxing space designed with everything you need for a memorable stay.
The inviting living area features a plush sofa, Smart TV, and a cozy dining table for two—perfect for enjoying takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants or planning your next adventure.
The spacious bedroom offers:
Luxurious king-size bed with spa quality, Comphy brand linens.
Bedside charging stations for your devices
Blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep
Large closet with plenty of hangers
Chest of drawers for extended stays
Step outside into your own private courtyard, a quiet oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.
The coffee bar is stocked with everything you need to start your morning before heading out to some of our favorite local breakfast spots, including Molly's Rise and Shine, Ruby Slipper Café, and Broken Egg Café. The kitchenette also has a sink, microwave and other cooking gadgets including a stovetop.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the rear apartment and its private courtyard. You'll enjoy a private entrance while still being conveniently located in one of New Orleans' most vibrant neighborhoods.

We are located about 1/2 mile to the streetcar which will take you to most places in the city. Ubers to downtown are about $10.

Interaction with Guests:
This home is a duplex with a long term tenant next door who has a 4-pound Yorkie, Archie. You may see him outside occasionally stopping by to say hello! We simply ask that you keep the front gate closed whenever you enter or leave the property. Archie isn't much of a runner, but closed gates help keep him safe.
