The Space:

Le Marine can accommodate up to 8 guests and is located in Saint-Côme, in a peaceful setting surrounded by mountains.



Val Saint-Côme ski resort is located directly across from the chalet, while a small lake, accessible on foot in about 10 minutes, offers a pleasant spot to enjoy nature.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire chalet, as well as all equipment and amenities provided during their stay. The hot tub, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and other facilities may be used according to the instructions provided.



A small lake is also accessible on foot from the chalet, approximately 10 minutes away.



It is possible to reach the lake by ATV if you have one. No motorized vehicles are permitted on the lake; swimming and recreational fishing are permitted.



Access to the chalet is through a smart lock that is programmed remotely with a unique code for each reservation.

🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the chalet

💧 Drinking water: the chalet’s water comes from an artesian well and is safe to drink

🚽 Septic system: please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper

🐕 Pets: pets are not allowed in the chalet
