⭐Our Property:

Enjoy a stylish Southsea stay just 2 minutes from the beach! This modern 2-bed apartment features a king room, a cosy single, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen with Tassimo machine. Hotel-quality linen, toiletries, and private parking for one vehicle included. Ideal for beach breaks, work trips, or festival weekends.

The flat is spacious, modern and stylish with large windows and great light. It has a single room at the rear and a double bedroom next to the living room. The modern Bathroom has an excellent shower for rinsing off after a dip in the ocean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/electric hob as well as all the cookware and essentials you need like oil and salt/pepper, with the bonus of a coffee machine & full size fridge and freezer. The lounge has a dining table with seating for four that can be converted to a desk or two- top as well, and a large sofa that can convert into a single bed (let us know if you will need extra linens). There is a flat screen smart TV, and very fast WiFi perfect for business travellers. Stylish decor and art throughout.

📍Great Location:
The flat is located at the end of Clarendon Road, with the waterfront mere moments away. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier, go fishing, eat at the many restaurants along the esplanade, or take a swim and catch some sun on the rock beach. There is a Coop about four minutes walk away where you can stock up on groceries and such, a gym (Pyramids) that offers day passes about a ten minute walk away. Highly recommend The Briny for high end dining, or the Southsea Beach Cafe if you’re craving something healthy. Truly one of the best areas in town, both for tourists to set about the historic sites, or locals looking for a few nights by the water.

The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 30 minute walk. There are many Bus Stops nearby. If you are coming by car, there is room for one car in the parking lot, but any further vehicles will need to purchase parking permits which you can do by contacting us directly.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.

Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
