This updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is tucked into a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the airport, university, and downtown. Enjoy a comfortable living space, updated farmhouse-style kitchen, large back deck and plenty of room to relax. A king bed, queen bed, two twin beds, plus a queen air mattress offers plenty of space for everyone. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, making this the perfect home base whether you’re here for work, visiting family or exploring everything Interior Alaska has to offer.

There is a permanent tenant that lives in an apartment on the first floor. In the summer, the owners live in a camper in the backyard.
