House Rules
Please help us keep La Papaya comfortable and enjoyable for all residents and guests. By booking this apartment, you agree to the following rules.

Registered guests only

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 overnight guests.
Only guests included in the reservation may enter or stay overnight in the apartment.
The lead guest is responsible for the behavior of all people in the apartment and shared areas.

Quiet residential building

This is a residential building. Please be respectful of neighbors, building staff, and other guests at all times.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parties, events, gatherings, loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Please keep voices, music, TV volume, and balcony use at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours.
Building management may apply penalties for violations of building rules; any resulting fines or damages may be charged to the responsible guest.

Smoking and substances

No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building’s shared indoor areas.
Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, odor removal, or damage resulting from smoking or vaping.

Rooftop pool and common areas

The rooftop pool and all common areas are shared facilities. Please follow all posted building rules, schedules, and instructions.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool area.
Glass containers, parties, loud music, and unsafe behavior are not permitted in the pool or rooftop area.
Please do not leave towels, personal belongings, or trash in common areas.
Access to shared amenities may be restricted temporarily for maintenance, weather, building decisions, or safety reasons.

B-Well fitness center

Complimentary access to B-Well is included with the reservation, subject to the fitness center’s own registration requirements, rules, operating hours, capacity limits, and policies.
Guests must use gym equipment responsibly and follow all instructions from B-Well staff.
The host is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, closures, changes in hours, or restricted access imposed by the fitness center.
Please bring and use appropriate workout clothing and footwear.

Care of the apartment

Please treat the apartment, furnishings, linens, appliances, and equipment with care.
Do not move furniture without prior approval.
Please report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance concern as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone in their party beyond normal wear and tear.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Do not dispose of wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, or other items in the toilet.

Check-in and check-out

Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions provided after booking.
Check-out time must be respected so the apartment can be prepared for incoming guests.
Before departure, please place used towels in the designated area, wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher if available, dispose of trash as instructed, turn off air conditioning and lights, close windows and doors, and return keys or access devices as instructed.
Lost keys, access cards, remotes, or other building-access devices may result in replacement charges.

Safety and security

Always lock the apartment when leaving.
Do not share keys, access codes, building access information, or check-in instructions with anyone not included in the reservation.
Please keep the balcony door and windows secure when you are away and during heavy rain.
Do not leave valuables unattended in common areas, at the pool, or at B-Well.

Pets and children

Pets are not allowed unless expressly approved in writing before arrival.
Children are welcome only when included in the reservation and must be supervised at all times, especially on the balcony, rooftop, and pool areas.

Important note

Failure to comply with these rules, building regulations, or applicable local laws may result in additional cleaning or damage charges, loss of access to shared amenities, immediate removal from the property, or cancellation of the remaining stay where permitted.
