We recently stayed at this townhome with our family and overall had a good experience. The location was perfect and very convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was spacious and fit our family comfortably, and the hot tub was a really nice bonus after long days out. The beds were also very comfortable, although the pillows definitely could use an upgrade.There were a few issues during our stay that kept it from being a great experience. The WiFi was not strong enough to properly run the one “sort of” smart TV. It technically had YouTube access, but it buffered constantly. The other TVs only had a limited number of channels, and while smart TVs would have been better, I’m not sure the internet connection could support them anyway.The AC also was not working correctly while we were there. Thankfully the nights were cool enough that we could open the windows and keep the bedrooms comfortable for sleeping, but the house was pretty uncomfortable in the evenings before it cooled down outside.We also had issues with the washer and dryer. The washer didn’t seem to fill correctly and it took multiple washes for detergent to dissolve properly. The dryer timer was definitely malfunctioning. The first night we set it for 70 minutes on medium heat after rewashing clothes twice, and it was still running the next morning. We did call the office and they said they were going to take care of the issue. Despite the issues, the location, space, made it enjoyable.

Property was a perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of room for my college kids to have their own space when needed. Property was clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. We loved being able to walk into town, especially after the long drive from Salt Lake. We would definitely stay here again.

While the house was clean and a nice place to relax after hiking, we arrived to find that the master bathroom had an almost empty roll of toilet paper and the spare bathroom had less than 1/2 roll (and no additional rolls in the house). When we notified the management company of the lack of toilet paper the morning after we arrived, they stated that they only provide a starter kit and we needed to purchase any additional needed. Disappointed for the amount of money we paid to not have enough toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days, of which most of the time was spent hiking.
