Fantastic place. Beautiful views. Mountains on one side red mesa out the back.

The house itself was perfect but that was the pushiest checkout I’ve ever had and it almost ruined the whole experience. Checkout time was already on the early side and we didn’t realize it was daylight savings (and we lost an hour of our booking- bummer), so we accidentally slept in. 15 minutes after checkout time I got a text and a voicemail literally saying “Please gather your things and leave” The cleaning lady was waiting outside. So uncomfortable and awkward. It was an honest mistake and we hurried as fast as we could (while still doing our checkout chores) but felt like criminals walking out. Didn’t love that.

Did not get around to using the hot tub but everything else was great!

We had a great stay here and the house was clean, quiet, had nice views and was a good home base for us. It’s a little outside of downtown Moab but still very close and easy to get to everything. Definitely a great place to stay
