The villa offers 50 m² of space with one bedroom, a bathroom with shower-tub, and a cozy living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. Air conditioning in the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with video-on-demand, fan, and washing machine ensure your comfort. A filter coffee machine is available for your morning coffee. On the spacious terrace with barbecue, you can enjoy views all the way to Paxos on clear days, and at night, the mainland lights sparkle. In addition to the covered terrace, there is an open terrace—perfect for sunbathing with a sea view. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. One pet is welcome by arrangement. A security deposit is required on site.
