You can also enjoy access to 25 ft of lake shoreline about 0.4 miles from the property - walk or drive here for swimming and fishing!
The Space:
Discover the beauty of local waterfalls, such as Seneca Mill Falls and Cascade Mill Falls, only a five-mile drive away. Other hiking trails include the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail (7 miles away) and Watkins Glen State Park (25 miles away). Close proximity to both Geneva, NY, and Penn Yan, NY wedding venues, and additional restaurant options!
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright, floor-to-ceiling wooden interior, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout. The house is filled with brand-new, high-end furnishings and a gas-burning cast iron stove where you can relax, entertain, and make yourself at home. Prepare grand meals in the well-equipped kitchen or grill on the deck, then relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the provided outdoor games in the huge private backyard. And, you can get competitive on the arcade game in the garage.
