Spanning three levels, the house offers spacious rooms, five bedrooms, two gardens, and magnificent ocean views from the main living areas and several bedrooms.

Just cross the small pedestrian breakwater in front of the house to find yourself with your feet in the sand!


You’ll enter the house through the backyard, which faces inland and is sunny in the afternoon, complete with a table and barbecue.
On the other side of the house is the garden facing the sea, with a view of the breakwater and the beach—perfect for enjoying the morning sun.

This house is primarily a summer vacation home and does not have central heating.
There is a wood-burning stove in the dining room, but the house is particularly well-suited for stays during the warmer months.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats), a high chair, and a welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.


You’ll have access to the entire property as well as all the amenities.
You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.


Pets are allowed.
Check-in can be done independently using the key box.

The apartment is located right on the beach and on the pedestrian boardwalk in the town center, in the heart of the D-Day landing beaches and near Caen.
