A proposito di questa cottage struttura in affitto
Top Reasons to Book 1161 Summerwind Lane
- Peaceful golf course views — 2nd hole Ocean Winds
- Sleeps up to 6 across three comfortable bedrooms
- Primary suite with a private ensuite bath
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Screened porch tucked beneath moss-draped oaks
- Carport parking for up to 3 vehicles, with an LSV/golf cart outlet
This raised Seabrook cottage welcomes you up a private flight of stairs into a bright, open living space with vaulted, beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace anchored by a striking sunburst mirror. The adjoining dining area, warmed by a wood-and-iron chandelier, flows easily into a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and glass-front cabinetry — plenty of room to cook for the group or just grab coffee before heading out. All three bedrooms sit together on this same level, with quiet views over the 2nd hole of Ocean Winds: a king suite with its own ensuite bath, and two additional queen bedrooms sharing a second full bath. Step through the sliding doors off the living room to a screened porch surrounded by trees — the kind of spot that begs for a slow morning or an evening glass of wine, with a carport below offering covered parking and a handy LSV outlet for the golf cart.
