Despite the quiet area, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and of course the gondola and ski stations in no time. You gain access to the house through an electric garage door. In this private garage we have even installed a wallbox for your hybrid or e-car, as well as a drying system for your ski boots. Through this interior staircase you enter a spacious living area with open kitchen, a dining area and direct exit to the terrace with fireplace barbecue. The staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower/WC, which also contains a laundry tower.
