And with access to shared amenities that include indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts, you can't help but unwind and enjoy.

There are so many great ways to relax, whether you choose to swim in the indoor/outdoor pools, kick back in the hot tub, catch a quick workout at the fitness center, or play tennis, basketball, golf, or mini-golf. There’s something for everyone here!
Things to know:
*You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $110 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your fees. The Welcome Center will be closed on Sundays. All guests and renters arriving on Sundays may check in at the Guard Shack, which is staffed and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Security will also be available to assist with any questions or concerns.
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
