Minimum Booking Age

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

This multi-level home offers step-free entry to the main house. The apartment is a 2nd-floor unit and requires stairs.

Shared On-Site Setup
There may be other travelers present if only one unit is booked. When booking all units, you will have both spaces; lake access, the dock, and provided watercraft remain shared amenities.

Watercraft Restrictions
The boat and jet ski are not available for guest use.

Lake Hartwell Water Levels & Dock Access
Lake Hartwell is a reservoir where water levels naturally fluctuate throughout the year. While our property always offers beautiful lake views, dock access, shoreline depths, and the ability to tie up a boat at the dock vary by season. If you plan on bringing, launching, or tying up a boat during your stay, please reach out to us prior to arrival so we can confirm current water levels at the dock and direct you to the nearest deep-water public boat ramps and tie-ups nearby!

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
