The pool area and rooftop are shared between both units, with plenty of room for everyone.
Parking is a bit limited with room for only one vehicle per unit. A pay-by-day (or week) parking lot borders the property for additional parking options.

Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach.
