This coastal-style three bedroom condo offers cozy furnishings, stylish decor and a spacious balcony overlooking the white-sand beach and glistening gulf waters! The living area offers ample seating, a convenient pull-out couch, a flat panel HDTV, and sliding glass doors leading to a breezy beachfront balcony. The dining area offers a generously sized wood dining table, six chairs and additional bar seating. The open kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to whip up a quick snack or gourmet meal.

Our master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king sized bed and offers impressive gulf views. The spacious en suite master bathroom offers dual vanities, a makeup area, an oversized shower with custom tile and a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed, a flat panel HDTV, and comfortable seating. The bunk room offers built-in twin over twin bunk beds, and a flat panel HDTV. Both guest bedrooms offer convenience to a spacious hallway bathroom with a tub-shower combination. For your convenience, there is a stackable front load washer and dryer located in the unit.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
