Summary:

Roomy mountain & lake view home with large deck, fireplace, & W/D - dog-friendly

The Space:

With a view of both the mountains and Bear Lake from the huge deck, and easy access to both, this spacious log home offers the perfect choice for a family getaway any time of the year. Spend summers at Rendezvous Beach, about nine miles south, hitting the greens at Bear Lake Golf Course, around two miles away, or hiking and ATV-ing any of numerous trails within an easy drive. Wintertime means easy access to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and downhill skiing at Beaver Mountain, around 18 miles away.

At the home itself, spend warm mornings sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying the mountain view. The gorgeous scenery continues inside thanks to two sets of French doors, and the high ceilings and open floor plan contribute to the expansive feeling. The chef will love the full kitchen’s sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and standalone island, which doubles as a dining table for eight.

After a day of outdoor adventures, cool off in the central AC or cozy up in front of the gas fireplace while the washer/dryer make quick work of any laundry. Three streaming-capable TVs, a gaming system, and free WiFi offer entertainment options, and two separate living areas ensure that everyone can watch what they want. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill, then call it a night in any of five serene bedrooms, including a primary suite with direct deck access and a private bath. The Garden City getaway you’ve been dreaming of awaits - all that’s left to do is book.
