Cocoonr is offering this bright, fully renovated top-floor flat for rent in Boulogne-sur-Mer, situated right next to the town centre. With a floor area of 38 m², it can accommodate up to two guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A cosy 20 m² living area with a TV, two armchairs, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a walk-in wardrobe and a workspace
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The flat is ideally situated in Boulogne-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting and within easy reach of the town centre. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as restaurants, bars, a bakery, patisseries, a bookshop and markets… all just a few minutes’ walk away.

- Visit Nausicaa (Boulogne’s aquarium)
- Explore the old town and its ramparts
- Go to the beach
