Set in Kokkino Chorio, surrounded by raw Cretan nature, this villa frames sweeping sea views. Unwind under the shaded dining area, or at the cosy outdoor lounge area. Inside, the main level features a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, twin bedroom, and shower bath. Upstairs, the double suite offers an ensuite bathroom and a breathtaking sea-view veranda. It is the perfect island sanctuary to relax, disconnect, and watch the sun melt into the horizon every evening by the jacuzzi.

Perched above the coastline in Kokkino Chorio, this retreat is built around one main feature: a sweeping, panoramic view of the Cretan Sea. Surrounded by raw Cretan hillsides, the property gives you an immediate sense of space and quiet, with the open water as your main backdrop from sunrise to dusk.

Outdoor living is the true heart of the home. You'll likely spend your mornings having coffee under the shaded terrace and your evenings soaking in the private jacuzzi, watching the sun dip over the bay as the coastal lights begin to flicker.
