THE RESORT
Hawana Salalah is a self-contained beach town: 7 km of white sand, a marina with cafes and restaurants, the Hawana Aqua Park, supermarkets and 24/7 security. Fanar Hotel & Residences beach is a 5-minute walk away.
KHAREEF SEASON (late June – September)
While the rest of the Gulf swelters at 45°C, Salalah turns green, misty and cool (23–27°C). Waterfalls, mountain wadis and empty beaches — this is the Arabian Peninsula's best-kept summer secret. Book early: Khareef dates sell out months ahead.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire villa is yours. Check-in is handled by our on-site team — you will be met, shown around and given local tips. We register guests with the local authorities as required by Omani law (passport details on arrival).
HOUSE RULES
- Family-friendly home: no parties, no loud music after 22:00
- No smoking inside (terrace and pool area are fine)
- Pets by prior agreement
- Respect the neighbourhood: Hawana is a quiet residential resort
