Outdoor Living and Entertainment

The backyard is one of the highlights of this home, overlooking the neighboring golf course for a peaceful backdrop of green fairways, palm trees, and desert scenery. The private pool takes center stage, surrounded by a spacious patio with plenty of room to relax in the sun or unwind in the evening. The covered patio offers a shaded outdoor dining space overlooking the pool and golf course, perfect for morning coffee, lunch by the pool, or dinner as the Arizona sun sets.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $100 per day, with a 3-day minimum required, and must be arranged at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool heat is not offered June 1 through September 30 due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
