A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Brand-new detached casita in Santee, built in 2026. Unit is entirely yours: full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, mini-split heat and A/C. Keypad entry, so you let yourself in whenever you land. Wi-Fi and all utilities included; cleaning and restocks handled by our team. Monthly stay built for travel contracts, relocations, and anyone who needs a soft landing in East County San Diego. Dogs welcome!
This is a standalone unit with its own entrance. It was finished in 2026, so every surface, appliance, and fixture is new.
Inside: an open living and dining area with room to set up a laptop, a separate bedroom, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is a working kitchen, not a kitchenette — stainless refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and a full set of cookware, knives, dishes, and glassware already stocked.
Comfort details that matter on a long stay: in-unit washer and dryer, ductless mini-split for quiet heating and cooling, tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water, and durable LVP flooring throughout.
Furnished in a clean modern style and stocked for real living — towels, linens, extra blankets, hangers, a charging station, and consumables like paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
Entry is by Yale smart lock with your own keypad code — no key handoff, no meeting anyone at the door, arrive at any hour.
The unit sits on a shared lot with the main home and has its own entrance, its own address, and its own space.
Parking is on the street directly out front.
Please treat this home with the same care you`d want in your own. A few simple rules help keep things running smoothly for you and future guests:
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM — please be mindful of neighbors.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Please let us know before booking if you`re bringing one.
• Maximum occupancy is as listed — no additional guests beyond those booked without prior approval.
• Please treat the property and furnishings with care. You`ll be responsible for the cost of any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• No illegal activity of any kind.
• Check-in is after 3 PM, checkout is by 11 AM. Late checkouts and may be accommodated on request, subject to availability.
• Before you leave, please start the dishwasher if used, take out the trash, turn off lights/AC, and lock up.
• Outside visitors are welcome during the day but should not stay overnight unless registered as a guest.
Breaking these rules may result in an early checkout without a refund, at the host`s discretion. Thanks for respecting these guidelines — we want your stay to be a great one!
