A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to Casa Alamo, a newer 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath home on Flagstaff’s west side, conveniently located just 5–10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University.
The home is close to Flagstaff’s urban trail system, making it easy to enjoy a walk, run, or bike ride during your stay. Across from the property is an open area with swings and a basketball court.
Casa Alamo offers plenty of room to spread out, with four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The backyard is reserved exclusively for guests of the main house and includes a playhouse, basketball hoop, and fire pit.
Please note that there is a separate guesthouse located at the back of the property that may occasionally be occupied by other guests. Guesthouse occupants do not have access to the main house backyard.
Parking for the main house includes two spaces in front of the garage, along with additional street parking. Please do not park in the far-right driveway, as that parking area is reserved for the guesthouse.
With quick access to downtown, NAU, outdoor recreation, and Flagstaff’s trail system, Casa Alamo makes a comfortable home base for families and groups visiting Northern Arizona.
