This villa sits on a hill above the village of Bajardo and offers panoramic views of the valley, so you’ll want to linger on the balcony from sunrise to sunset. At 1,000 metres above sea level, you'll enjoy pleasantly cool temperatures in summer, while the coast is just a 40-minute drive away. The villa offers comfortable spaces that invite you to socialise and relax. The ground-floor terrace features a gazebo and seating for up to 14 guests, as well as a gas barbecue for al fresco dining. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, you can use a four-person sauna for an additional fee. The property extends across seven terraced levels, where fruits and vegetables are grown. You can access each terrace, and each one offers a unique view of the surrounding landscape. The owners plan to complete a swimming pool by 2027, which'll add a new dimension to your mountain retreat. Bajardo's an ancient village with a rich history, where local restaurants and cafés sit in quiet alleys. The surrounding area's a paradise for lovers of hiking, mountaineering and cycling, with trails winding through the mountains. The ruins of the church, damaged by the 1887 earthquake, serve as a poignant reminder of the village’s past.
