When you're ready to head to the beach, make your next home away from home at Casa De Ava! Located in the Oak Island Beach Villas condo community on Caswell Beach, this third floor unit offers stunning views from the ocean facing balcony and in demand community amenities such as a seasonal pool and dedicated beach access.
Settle on the sofa and put your feet up on the upholstered ottoman as you stream the big game on the wall mounted Smart TV or curl up in the armchair with a good book instead. The fully equipped galley style kitchen offers a passthrough window to the living room so the family chef can still cheer on your team while they prepare meals. The breakfast bar offers three bar stools for mealtimes, and you'll also find a pair of Adirondack chairs and a small bistro table outside if you prefer to enjoy drinks and appetizers alfresco. Greet each morning with a cup of coffee in hand as you watch the rising sun sparkle on the waves and shorebirds dive for their breakfast.
Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with its own TV and a king bed, and one of the bedrooms also offers an in-room sink and mirror for extra privacy. A full bathroom with hall access and a step-in shower stall is located between the two bedrooms. It also contains a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer for your use, so there's no need to haul wet swimsuits or sandy beach towels back home.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
