Welcome to The Nest, a beautifully designed one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lechlade, created by top-rated Superhosts Must Stay Again. Designed to feel like a true home from home, it’s the perfect base for couples, solo travellers and anyone looking to explore the Cotswolds at a slower pace.
Inside you’ll find a luxurious king-size bed with hotel-quality linen, a separate living room with a Smart TV and Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, air fryer and washer-dryer, plus a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower. Our signature coffee station is fully stocked with tea, coffee and decaf, and we’ve included luxury toiletries and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The Nest is also furry friend friendly, so your four-legged companion is welcome to enjoy the adventure too.
Step outside and you’re just moments from the River Thames, independent cafés, traditional pubs and beautiful riverside walks. Bibury, Burford, Cirencester and many of the Cotswolds’ most iconic villages are all within easy reach.
We don’t just provide somewhere to stay. We love helping our guests discover the area. Before you arrive you’ll receive our digital guide packed with local recommendations, favourite cafés, pubs, walks and hidden gems, along with everything you need for a smooth check-in. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for the perfect Sunday lunch, we’re always happy to share our personal recommendations.
There isn’t private parking with the apartment, but free on-street parking is usually available nearby, and we’ll let you know the best places to park before you arrive. We can’t wait to welcome you to The Nest.

One well-behaved dog under 20kg is welcome. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a furry friend. A £40 pet fee applies.

No smoking in the building or near the communal areas.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am, especially in communal areas.
No parties or events
Parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
