Historic timberwork sets the tone in this characterful Normandy retreat, where substantial beams and half-timbered walls frame a generous space for spending time together. A fireplace creates a warm focal point beside the seating area, while billiards and table football bring a playful dimension to evenings indoors. French doors admit plenty of daylight and reinforce the house’s connection with its peaceful rural setting. Outside, a private Nordic bath on the terrace and a well-equipped fitness room offer contrasting ways to unwind.

The house enjoys exceptional countryside views in the tranquil Pays d’Auge, close to a greenway and surrounded by nature. Swimming is possible at a nearby lake, while sandy beaches await along the Côte Fleurie. Deauville and Trouville combine seaside atmosphere with restaurants and promenades, and Honfleur invites leisurely exploration around its historic harbour. A nearby leisure area with its own sandy beach provides further possibilities for active or relaxed days.
