A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Summary:
A vacation paradise! Beautifully decorated and recent kitchen renovations combine to make this a relaxing and zen like coastal retreat. One bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This second story one bedroom Sea Cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
The Space:
Private balcony with ocean, beach and pier views. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, full size stainless steel appliances and bright white cabinetry. We provide all linens and one bath towel per guest. Wall mounted flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Private access to beach, fishing pier (you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.), community beach front pool, and laundry facility round out this vacation condo.
Condo is 490sqft
*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or an app on your phone.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!
**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.
2023 update: This sea cabin was just completely painted including doors and trim!
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.
Guest Access:
Community pool, laundry facility, private beach access, fishing pier
Getting Around:
The Isle of Palms is a 7-mile-long barrier island in South Carolina, located approximately 12–15 miles east of downtown Charleston and accessed via the Isle of Palms Connector (SC-517) from Mount Pleasant. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, it is known for its 6 miles of white sandy beaches, residential community, and the Wild Dunes Resort.

Waking up in the morning to the smell of the fresh ocean air was unbeatable. We loved the private beach, pool, and pier access. The location was amazing, we loved how close everything was and it was a quick 25 min to Charleston! So many good places nearby to eat and relax! We did not have any problems with noise or neighbors, it was actually very inviting! One thing that did concern me was the there was a sheet remaining on the master bed that was not clean. Also the springs on the couch hurt to sit on a bit depending on the position you sat. Those are easy fixes though and did not bother us too much.Overall though we loved the stay and would do it again. Cute and cozy for two! If we had 4 it may have been a bit of tight fit but still fairly comfortable! Thank you so much!

The condo did not match the photos listed. The sofa is covered by a slip cover and needs to be updated. The slip covers on the bar stools were filthy. The furniture was just mixed and matched. The area rug was frayed. The mattress is broken down and slopes toward the middle of the bed. The balcony rug is worn and stained, as well as the table on the balcony. The kitchen is updated, however the silverware and knives are rusted. The pots and pans are marked and rusty. We would not have booked this rental if we had seen accurate photos.
