SchleiZeit is a vacation home right on the water that stands out above all for its location and large windows. Spread across three floors, it combines views of the Schlei, a sauna, a hot tub, a fireplace, and two terraces to create a relaxing vacation home.

LIVING WITH A VIEW OF THE WATER

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is located on the first floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of the Schlei and flood the room with light.

The living area is bright and decorated in a nautical style. The wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings, while the TV and home entertainment system provide additional entertainment.

The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

TERRACE RIGHT ON THE SCHLEI

The living area opens directly onto the west-facing sun terrace. Here you’ll find patio furniture, a beach chair, and a Weber grill.

Thanks to its location right on the water, you’ll always have a view of the Schlei while enjoying breakfast, a barbecue, or a relaxing afternoon.

SLEEPING WITH A VIEW OF THE SEA

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom features a double bed and a direct view of the Schlei.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together. This room faces the harbor and is also equipped with a TV.

WHIRLPOOL WITH A VIEW

The bathroom is also located on the first floor. In addition to a shower and toilet, it features a whirlpool tub. From here, too, there is a view of the Schlei.

SAUNA AND ROOF TERRACE

On the second floor, there is an additional studio with a workspace and a sleeper sofa for two people.

Directly adjacent is the private sauna with a shower. From there, you can step out onto the rooftop terrace, which offers a sweeping view of the Schlei.

The SchleiZeit offers approximately 127 m² of living space and is designed to accommodate up to six people. In addition to the bathroom, there is a separate guest restroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, heated floors, a crib, and a high chair. Two free parking spaces are located right next to the house.

The OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under development. Therefore, there may be occasional construction activity in certain areas or temporary obstructions to some views.
