You’ve got the whole place to yourself—yes, the entire apartment is all yours! 🎉 No sharing, no fuss, just your own cozy little haven.

And guess what? Checking in is a breeze! Before you arrive, we’ll send you access codes for both the building entrance and your apartment. No keys to juggle, no stress—just smooth, easy access so you can start relaxing the second you walk in.

Your getaway is just a code away—let the good times roll!

This is a very busy area, with the hospital, Whole Foods, and Starbucks literally across the street. As a result, street parking is limited.

Now, a couple of quick things to keep in mind:

IMPORTANT:

1. Parking is free in the front of the building, but the spots are scarce. So you may have to park one street over. There are signs that indicate where you can and can not park; please read them, because the city will write you a ticket.

2. Since cannabis is totally legal here in Michigan, you might catch a whiff of it from neighboring apartments now and then. It’s out of our hands, but we promise it’s nothing too wild!

3. We want you to have the BEST time here, but please treat the space and your fellow tenants with respect. Think of it like this: be cool, and the universe will be cool back. 😎

A few quick rules to keep things smooth:

🚫 IF YOU SELECT THE NON-REFUND OPTION AND WISH TO CANCEL OUTSIDE OF THE 24-HOUR PERIOD FROM TIME OF BOOKING, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

🚫 No parties (we’re all about chill vibes, not wild nights).

🚫 No extra overnight guests (just the crew you booked for, please!).

🚫 No smoking inside the apartment or on the grounds (fresh air only, folks!).

Thanks for being amazing—let’s make this stay unforgettable (in the best way)! 🌟
