A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to 49 North Oasis
Your private Scottsdale retreat for pool days, desert evenings, family gatherings and friendly competition.
49 North Oasis is a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath retreat for up to 12 guests, thoughtfully designed for families and groups who want more than simply a place to sleep.
Spend the afternoon in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, practice your short game on the putting green, challenge the family to bocce or ping pong, then head inside for billiards and retro arcade games.
When it's time to slow down, gather around the 12-seat dining table, enjoy dinner on the covered patio, or settle into one of three King bedrooms for the night.
YOUR PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS
The backyard is the centerpiece of 49 North Oasis—and designed to keep your group together without everyone having to do the same thing.
Enjoy:
Private swimming pool with optional heating
Arctic Spa hot tub
Backyard putting green
Bocce court
Outdoor ping pong
Poolside loungers and umbrellas
Covered outdoor dining
BBQ grill
Multiple spaces to relax beneath the Arizona sky
Start the morning with coffee by the pool, spend the afternoon playing and swimming, then enjoy dinner outdoors before soaking in the hot tub under the stars.
GAME ROOM
The fun continues indoors in the dedicated game room.
Challenge your group to a game of billiards, revisit the classics on three retro arcade cabinets, or relax together in the lounge area with the large Smart TV.
It's a favorite space for kids, teens and adults—and especially useful when different generations are traveling together.
OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING
The bright, inviting living room features comfortable group seating, warm contemporary décor and a large Smart TV.
Its open-concept design flows directly into the kitchen and dining area, creating one connected gathering space where your group can cook, eat and relax together.
DINING FOR 12
At the center of the home is a large square dining table with seating for 12.
The dining area sits between the kitchen and backyard, with sliding glass doors providing easy access to the covered patio, pool and outdoor entertainment areas.
It's made for everything from pancakes with the kids to a celebratory dinner with the entire group.
FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN
The modern kitchen features granite countertops, light-gray shaker cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and breakfast-bar seating.
It's thoughtfully stocked for guests who actually want to cook, with quality cookware, bakeware, serving pieces, knives, utensils, dinnerware and pool-safe outdoor drinkware.
Coffee lovers will find a Keurig Duo coffee station for both traditional drip coffee and individual K-Cups, along with starter coffee supplies.
