# Playacar Beach Club #

- The apartment includes a card that provides complimentary access to a Playacar Beach Club.

- Please note that Beach Club access is subject to a maximum daily capacity of 20 spaces, with access available from 9:00 AM.

- A refundable deposit is required to receive the access card. The deposit will be returned once the card is returned at the end of the stay.

- Because availability is limited, Beach Club access cannot be guaranteed every day.

- There is also a controlled access point near The Reef hotel, which can be particularly convenient for families and guests staying inside Playacar.



# Access to Playacar #

- Playacar is a private gated community with controlled access.

- Before arrival, guests must provide the requested personal information so their registration can be completed and a QR access code can be generated.

- The QR code will be shared before arrival and will be required to enter Playacar during the stay.



# Parking #

- Guests arriving by car can park within the condominium.

- To reach the parking area closest to the studio, drivers must continue around the condominium parking area until reaching Tower A parking.

- Parking spaces are not assigned and are subject to availability. When available, guests may park directly in front of the studio or in the closest available space within the Tower A parking area.

Playacar Phase II offers a quieter and more residential side of Playa del Carmen while keeping you close to the beach and downtown.



This gated community is known for its tropical greenery, peaceful atmosphere and exclusive residential environment.



An OXXO convenience store is conveniently located near the condominium entrance, making it easy to purchase drinks, snacks, groceries and everyday essentials without having to travel downtown.



Within Playacar and the surrounding area you’ll also find restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday services, while 5th Avenue, downtown Playa del Carmen and the Caribbean Sea are just a short drive or bike ride away.



The Leaf itself offers a relaxing residential setting with pools, outdoor spaces and amenities that make it especially attractive for guests who want to stay close to Playa del Carmen while enjoying a quieter environment.



Getting Around:

Playacar provides easy access to downtown Playa del Carmen and the rest of the Riviera Maya.



- Approximately 5–10 minutes by car or bike to downtown Playa del Carmen

- Easy access to 5th Avenue, restaurants, shopping and nightlife

Guests arriving by car should follow the internal parking route around the condominium to reach the Tower A parking area, where they may park in front of the studio or as close as possible depending on available spaces.



The nearby BiciPlaya station is a convenient alternative for guests who want to explore Playacar and Playa del Carmen by bike without needing to rent one for their entire stay.



Other Things to Note:

- Playacar requires guest registration before arrival. Please provide the requested information in advance so we can generate the QR code required to access the community.

- Complimentary Beach Club access requires an access card and is subject to a maximum daily capacity of 20 spaces from 9:00 AM.

- A refundable deposit is required for the Beach Club access card and will be returned when the card is returned.

- Parking within the condominium is subject to availability and spaces are not assigned. Guests arriving by car must follow the internal parking route around the complex to reach the Tower A parking area.

- When available, guests may park directly in front of the studio or in the closest available space.

- The studio includes a compact single-seat sofa bed.

- A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival and includes toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shampoo. These items are not replenished during the stay.

- Salt, oil and pepper are available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate.

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request them at least 24 hours in advance, subject to staff availability.

- Please take care of linens and towels and avoid using them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to prevent additional charges.

- Travel crib available for USD 15 per stay, including mattress, linens and blanket. Advance request and confirmation are required.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is billed separately.

- For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.
